1. Integrated control and energy management
Alfabus has developed an advanced system that coordinates the control of the vehicle, the motor and battery management. Smart algorithms optimise energy distribution according to road conditions and driving style, thus upgrading efficiency and safety.
2. High-performance electric motors
Our synchronous motor uses technologies such as vector control and liquid cooling, delivering high torque, a wide speed range and up to 97% efficiency.
3. Smart battery management
Active self-learning balancing systems protects battery cells from overloads and excessive discharges. Also included is advanced monitoring (SOC, SOH), safety protections and integrated communications.
4. Lightweight, optimised structural design
FEM-optimised chassis and low-floor design increase interior space and driving range. A separate driver’s cab improves comfort and safety.
5. Driver assistance and energy recovery technologies
Intelligent electro-hydraulic steering adapts to speed and road conditions. Regenerative braking with ABS boosts range by up to 5%, without sacrificing performance.
